Maui No Ka Oi

Thankful No. 30falls

Everyone knows I am thankful for living on Maui. It just got taken to a whole new level this week as I just got a surfboard (traded it for helping a local artist sell his art online) and now we are in Hana. Pawawaawawang. Thankfulness meter dinging to the top. Yes I am so thankful to be on the island of Maui with all of its surprises, all of it we have yet to explore and all that it has taught us. As far as I can tell Maui no ka oi.

Island Feast

Thankful No. 29

Our first Thanksgiving in Maui was not your traditional turkey day feast, we decided to do Thanksgiving island-style this year. We made everything from scratch and shopped as local as we could. It was so yummy I only wished I had room for more…

Happy Birthday Grandma!

Thankful No. 27grandma

Today my grandma turns…just kidding Grandma! (She hates when people know her age, like really hates it) I am thankful to celebrate my grandma’s birthday today, even though we can’t celebrate together. But she will be visiting us here in Maui soon! Thank you, Grandma, for being so fun, loving and giving, and for being my buddy on all our family trips. I love you.boatcancunCruiserace
